Abstract
With the advancement in new technologies and a massive amount of data every day, various tools and models are being introduced to tackle such data. Such a branch of machine learning is reinforcement learning that works on the concept of reward and penalty. To make this model more efficient, a deep learning approach can be applied. To generate effectual recommendations, many machine learning algorithms are applied. We have consolidated a few papers that used deep reinforcement learning in the domain of recommender systems and presented the study in this paper.
