Abstract
This research aims to study the effect of pile arrangement and inclination on the bending moment of piles as well as the horizontal acceleration of the cap under explosion loadings. Data was obtained from five centrifuge tests, which were performed on a 2 × 2 pile group with various arrangements of vertical and batter piles. The results showed that among all the tested models, the pile group with four batter piles experienced minimum horizontal acceleration at the cap but maximum bending moment along the piles.
