Abstract

Co/CeO 2 /C shows an RL min of −45.22 dB and an EAB of 4.61 GHz at 1.75 mm. The MA performance of Co/CeO 2 /C is mainly attributed to the dielectric loss due to interfacial polarization and dipole polarization caused by oxygen vacancies in CeO 2 .
