Abstract
Agriculture is one of the main and primary income for our country and for many developing nations. Every country wants to sustain itself through the agricultural activities and growth. Weeds are the major threat to the crops. Weeds pose a major harm in farming. These weeds grow with the crops and takes lot of water and nutrients. It restricts the plant growth resulting in less yield. Herbicides and weedicides are used widely to remove harmful weeds. These chemicals not only kill the weed but also destroy the good nutrients in the crop. Due to this, many dreadful effects are caused on the surroundings, fertilization land, human beings, and other organisms. Farmers spend most money and time in removing the weed from the agricultural land. The most significant and effective method to remove weed is by using weed cutter robots. The wheeled robots will find their way towards weeds and remove them completely. This will save time and cost. Mechanical and automatic way of removing weeds from the land is proposed in this paper. This proposed project is designed to minimize the usage of weedicides in the agricultural field and also to reduce the labor shortage issues.
