Abstract

Abstract The paper primarily tends to handle bipartite output regulation problem for singular heterogeneous multi‐agent systems with signed graph. This disturbance and reference signals are produced by exosystem, respectively. By virtue of output regulation theory, two new distributed feedback controllers with state feedback and output feedback are considered to realize the bipartite output regulation, respectively. For each case, a distributed dynamical compensator is proposed, and stability analysis of the closed‐loop system is conducted without constructing the standard reduction transformation matrices. Furthermore, local state observer is incorporated into an output feedback controller, which is suitable when the system states cannot be available. Simulations are finally presented in demonstrating the feasibility of results.
