Photon upconversion afterglow materials toward visualized information coding/decoding

Abstract
Using a designed long-lived photon upconversion (UC) afterglow material, KCaF<sub>3</sub>:Yb<sup>3+</sup>,Mn<sup>2+</sup>, a visualized information encoding/decoding prototype is demonstrated.
