Abstract
A novel hexagonal tungsten oxide designed by a chemical substitution method, NH<sub>4</sub>(GaF<sub>2</sub>)<sub>3</sub>(SeO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>, exhibits the largest bandgap among all known phase-matchable NLO selenite compounds.
