Abstract
A facile precursor-compensation treatment (PCT) strategy is developed to prepare pure-phase and dense Cs 2 SnI 6 films. A photodetector based on a PCT-Cs 2 SnI 6 film exhibits enhanced photoresponse performance and excellent operation stability.
