Pairing in graphene-based moiré superlattices
Mathias S. Scheurer, Rhine Samajdar
Abstract
This work provides a systematic classification and energetic analysis of superconducting instabilities in different moir\'e superlattices of graphene. The authors show that these systems, even in the absence of spin-orbit coupling, can naturally exhibit spin-singlet and triplet admixture. The paper studies which of the possible pairing states can be realized in the weak coupling limit, and investigates the consequences of additional fluctuation corrections of nearby correlated insulators.
