Abstract

F NMR-based real-time enzymatic reaction monitoring is demonstrated with three different human nucleotide hydrolases (Fhit, DcpS, and cNIIIB). Substrate and product(s) resonances were sufficiently separated to enable effective tracking of each enzymatic activity of interest.
