Recent advancements and applications in thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites

Abstract
Thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites are more beneficial compared to metal parts in applications like wearable electronics, flexible displays, and electrical devices. This paper presents a comprehensive review of recent progress and advancements in thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites. The main emphasis has been given to the synthesis methods, advancements of polymer materials blended with thermally conductive filler materials and applications that evolved in recent years. Furthermore, the article also covers the technological challenges being faced and the future research scope of thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites. This article provides insightful motivation for designing and developing novel thermally conductive polymer nanocomposites.
