Abstract
Spontaneous magnetic merons are found to exist in a wide magnetic field range (0–6 T) stabilized by the large in-plane magnetic anisotropy and strong Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction in a half-metallic Mn 2 I 3 Br 3 monolayer.
