Abstract

NMN dampened exercise-induced benefits on glucose handling in diet-induced obesity. NMN administration alongside treadmill exercise enhanced the ratio of antioxidants to prooxidants. We suggest that NMN administration may not be beneficial when NAD + levels are replete.
