Abstract
Lu-PCN-PEG significantly inhibited the growth of tumor without inducing any perceptible toxicity to the treated mice. Hence, the radionuclide-delivery nanoplatform based on nMOFs would provide more opportunities for precise tumor theranostics and expand the biomedical applications of MOF nanomaterials.
