Abstract

A WC–Mo 2 C@C modified-TiO 2 (WC–Mo 2 C@C/TiO 2 ) photocatalyst was prepared by loading WC–Mo 2 C@C heterojunction nanoparticles on TiO 2 surface and its H 2 -production rate was 90.3, 3.6, and 2.5 times higher than that of TiO 2 , Mo 2 C@C/TiO 2 , and WC@C/TiO 2 , respectively.
