Self-trapped holes, oxygen vacancies and electrocatalytic performance of Zn-doped β-Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> microspindles

Abstract
Zn ions were successfully incorporated in the lattice of β-Ga 2 O 3 microspindles by a hydrothermal method followed by high-temperature calcination. Zn-doped β-Ga 2 O 3 microspindles showed enhanced electrocatalytic performance.
