Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of factors influencing the properties of Open-End (OE)spinning machine and the optimal parameters of its operation are determined, which ensure high OE of yarn from a mixture of cotton and polyester fibers by conducting a non-composite rotatable second-order experiment. The regression equations obtained as a result of the experiments were solved by the Mathcad computer program, on the basis of which a geometric interpretation of the equations was constructed, and the optimal parameters of the BD 330 spinning machine were determined by comparing the response surfaces.
