Abstract

High‐entropy alloys (HEAs) are recognized for their exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance, driving advances in fields like aerospace, energy, and biomedical engineering. In addition to these well‐established applications, HEAs are gaining attention for their electromagnetic wave absorption properties, showcasing their versatility in forms such as coatings, composites, and metasurfaces. This review explores the use of HEAs in various forms, with a focus on their role in electromagnetic wave absorption. It discusses the performance enhancements achieved in reflection loss and shielding efficiencies, the potential of HEA metasurfaces, including bioinspired designs, for precise electromagnetic manipulation, and integration into infrared‐microwave bi‐stealth technologies. With the ability to develop multispectral stealth materials—spanning infrared, microwave, and optical applications—HEAs represent a promising platform for the next generation of electromagnetic technologies.
