Abstract

Pd-catalyzed solvent-controlled direct C–H acyloxylation of pyrrolo[2,3- d ]pyrimidine derivatives is reported. A variety of functionalized monoacetoxylated pyrrolo[2,3- d ] pyrimidines are provided in good to excellent yields under mild conditions.
