Abstract
Desirable crystal growth and defect modulation of Br-free RbCsFAMA perovskite films have been achieved by introducing an aromatic zwitterion, giving the record efficiencies of 25.01% and 23.40% for devices with areas of 0.09 cm 2 and 1 cm 2 .
