Abstract
M 3 ACI 3 (M = Ca, Sr, Ba, A = N, P, As) compounds are promising for PVCs and optoelectronics, with a bandgap of 1.7 to 2.9 eV, carrier mobility of 38 to 192 cm V −1 s −1 , and absorption coefficient of 2.5 to 11 × 10 5 cm −1 .
