Abstract
In this article, we introduce Stancu-type modification of generalized Baskakov-Szász operators. We obtain recurrence relations to calculate moments for these new operators. We study several approximation properties and <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M2"><a:mi>q</a:mi></a:math> -statistical approximation for these operators.
