Boundary Controllability for a Degenerate Wave Equation in Nondivergence Form with Drift

Abstract
We consider a degenerate wave equation with drift in the presence of a leading operator which is not in divergence form. We provide some conditions for the boundary controllability for the solution of the associated Cauchy problem at a sufficiently large time.
