Pressure-induced boron clathrates with ambient-pressure superconductivity

Abstract
A pressure-induced boron clathrate LaB 8 structure exhibits potential superconductivity of 20 K at ambient pressure. This current result provides a new route to find high- T c cage superconductors at low-pressures.
