The need for rehabilitation services in the WHO European Region is substantial and growing

Abstract
The WHO European Region covers a vast \ngeographical area from the Atlantic to the Pacific \noceans and includes 53 diverse Member States, \nwhere there is large variation in the accessibility \nand quality of rehabilitation services. One commonality \nis the substantial need for rehabilitation. \nThe recently published, first-of-its-kind document \n“The need for rehabilitation services in the WHO \nEuropean Region” presents data from the 2019 \nGlobal Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors \nStudy.
