Abstract

The article is devoted to application of intellectual modeling methods for optimization of coal mining processes. Various approaches to increase productivity and reduce costs through optimal resource planning and prediction of technical failures are considered. Different scenarios of machinery operation, including changes in the number of equipment and shift duration, were analyzed in the study. Predictive models showed that the use of intelligent approaches can significantly reduce fuel costs, decrease equipment downtime and improve the overall efficiency of coal mining operations. Experimental results confirm that the proposed solutions contribute to achieving optimal production performance and more rational use of resources.
