Abstract

The produced Co 2 V 2 O 6 ·2H 2 O/ZIF-L@MXene/NF exhibits superior OER and HER activity in alkaline solution. Further Co 2 V 2 O 6 ·2H 2 O/ZIF-L@MXene/NF is provided by a 1.5 V electrolyzer driven by a solar cell.
