Abstract

The Fe-content in Ba 0.50 Sr 0.50 Co 1− x Fe x O 3− δ directly influences the extent of surface reconstruction, and thus the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance in alkaline media, by controlling the stability of surface Co 2+ -atoms and bulk structure.
