Abstract

Ferroptosis-related characteristic changes were found in diabetic wound models. Inhibition of ferroptosis improved inflammatory infiltration of diabetic wounds. PI3K/AKT signal pathway was rescued by restraining of ferroptosis. Mitigation of ferroptosis in diabetic wound promoted the wound healing.
