Abstract

Abstract The mechanochemical fluorination of unactivated C( sp 3 )−H bonds has been achieved using N ‐fluorobenzenesulfonimide as both a precursor of the hydrogen‐atom‐transfer reagent and a bench‐stable fluorine source. The control experiments revealed that mechanical energy is essential for realizing this reaction. magnified image
