Abstract

The synthesized Ru-Co 3 O 4 delivers a high performance towards the OER in alkaline (292 mV) and acidic (365 mV) media. Structural optimization demonstrates the distortion of bond length favours the selective adsorption of OH − which facilitates the OER.
