Abstract
Ce Lab enables high-throughput C. elegans lifespans, reproductive spans, progeny count assays and body size measurements. Adult treatment of metformin at low dose increases RS, and the nutrient-sensing mTOR pathway mutant sgk-1 reproduces until death.
