Abstract
: No statistically significant association of liver metastases with the efficacy of treatments with PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors in the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancer was found in the stratified analyses. Moreover, future studies about the safety of the PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors in patients with or without liver metastases are warranted.
