Abstract
S QD nanomedicines improved the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of metformin and NMN by increasing their therapeutic potency, bypassing classical cellular uptake pathways, and demonstrated efficacy when drug alone was ineffective in aging mice.
