Knowledge Based Health Nutrition Recommendations for During Menstrual Cycle

Abstract
Every woman experiences menstruation naturally, which occurs once a month. There is a risk that a woman will experience a menstrual period if her body undergoes any changes. The girls are facing various challenges based on their ages at the menstrual time. Women who are menstruating have hair loss, excessive bleeding, which is the biggest health concern, as well as suffer from stomach and backache’ es. The issue of food choices nutrition recommendations during menstrual problems has been addressed with solutions. In order to preserve securitythe menstrualcycles and nutritional recommendations has been maintained in block chain technology. Using content-based filtering, collaborative filtering and knowledge-based methods, the researchers in this study implemented Coriander seeds liquid and Cinnamon stick for food suggestions to identify the problems during menstruation time and make recommendations for healthy nutrition from cycle 1 to cycle 3. Additionally, the overall assessment and the hybrids recommendation algorithm indicator of food recommendation accuracy achieved 91%. The suggested approach is useful and might be used to detect effectively and enhance present practises, according to the research findings.
