Abstract
This study conducts an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-based fuzzy evaluation of the green building characteristics of urban planning plots. Mathematical quantitative analysis was employed to study the characteristics and strategies of city-level special planning of green building. The overall indicators of city-level special planning of green building were concretely implemented to the planning plots. AHP-based fuzzy evaluation has been evidenced to be feasible on the technological path forspecial planning of green building formulation. It further informs special planning formulation.
