Abstract
-based thermoelectric materials. This strategy of synthesizing homogeneous superlattices provides a cost advantage over heterogeneous superlattices prepared by the molecular beam epitaxy method and paves a route for preparing bulk superlattices with unique thermoelectric properties rooting in the quantum domain limiting effect.
