Abstract
The article explored a number of existing methods for sampling benzo(a)pyrene. The possibility of solving the problem of sampling benzo(a)pyrene from hot flue gases of thermal power plants is considered. An experimental study on the sampling of benzo(a)pyrene from atmospheric air, carried out using the developed sorption filter, is described. An experimental study showed that sorbents (in particular, the zeolite considered in the study) have a certain potential as a feedstock for use in sampling technology, however, due to its sorption properties, the zeolite is able to accumulate benzo(a)pyrene from the environment, which reduces the accuracy of the research.
