Abstract

Co 4 N encapsulated in a porous nanocage as a tri-functional catalyst are designed, which exhibited high-efficiency activity and long-term durability toward ORR/OER. DFT analyses indicated the existence of Co–N–C as active sites in enhancing the RDS.
