Abstract
A facile metal sulfurization was employed for preparing a 4-inch wafer scale PtS film. The 2D PtS nonlayered material were studied by STEM, SAED, XPS and Raman spectra. The formation of PtS (other than PtS 2 ) was interpreted by the phase diagram.
