Abstract
studies demonstrated an enhanced antitumor bioactivity for the mitotropic NPs along with a reduced biological toxicity profile. In conclusion, this study proposes a promising nanocarrier system for the efficient targeting of DOX to the mitochondria of hepatic tumors.
