Abstract

The atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma is introduced to prepare a unique NiFe/NiSe 2 heterostructure with abundant oxygen vacancies greatly promoting OER/ORR bifunctional electrocatalytic activity.
