Abstract
A paramagnetic and redox active open cubane Co 4 O 4 core containing complex [Co II Co III (μ-OAc)(μ 3 -OH)(μ-L)] 2 (L 3− = ONONO-donor compartmental ligand) and its heterogeneous electrocatalytic activity for water splitting at neutral pH are reported.
