Theoretical estimation to double the performance of perovskite solar cells using a graded absorber layer

Abstract
This article presents a SCAPS-1D theoretical model to enhance the efficiency of single-junction perovskite solar cell by applying an absorber grading scheme to an existing device configuration. The optimized graded structure achieved nearly a 95% efficiency enhancement.
