Artificial Intelligence initiatives within an organisation will unavoidably impact the underlying culture, posing both advantages and disadvantages. This study explores the ways that artificial intelligence and digital technology affects culture and looks at how digital transformation initiatives affect organisational norms, beliefs, and behaviours. The findings show that digital technology can encourage adaptability in society, collaboration, and flexibility in a complicated and sometimes in contradiction approach, but they also show the significant impact these technologies may have in this area. This study contributes to our comprehension of the complex interaction between organisational culture and digital technology. It facilitates modern firms in their efforts to undergo digital transformation by offering helpful data that may guide strategic decisions.
