Venetoclax is safe and efficacious in relapsed/refractory AML

= 17) recovered also their platelet count. In 15 (52% of those who survived > 2 months), CR/CRi was confirmed by bone marrow examination. The median OS from venetoclax initiation of all the patients and of those who survived more than 2 months was 5.5 and 6.5 months, respectively. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that venetoclax is safe and active also in AML patients with advanced disease.
