Abstract
This textbook presents materials for conducting computational experiments of technological processes of agro-industrial production based on the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ CAD/CAE system. It is a fully functional multidisciplinary platform for engineering calculations and analysis of the behavior of technical systems in real operating conditions when interacting with various environments. The purpose of the textbook is the formation of a system of scientific and professional knowledge, skills and abilities aimed at conducting engineering and scientific research in the field of mechanical engineering and agricultural engineering. It is intended for students of higher education of the second (master’s) and third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education, teachers of higher education institutions, scientists of scientific institutions and engineers of machine-building enterprises.
