Research on Improve the DC Reliability Management Index System Based on Optimized System

Abstract
The research improves the DC reliability management index system. The first part is the improvement and application analysis of the DC reliability assessment index. The second part is the quantitative evaluation algorithm research and software development to evaluate the impact of DC system shutdown on system reliability, including the construction of evaluation indicators and the application test of the optimal selection of DC outages. Based on the analysis results, the active planned outage model is proposed to optimize the Equipment maintenance mechanism. The research put forward the "active planned outage" maintenance mode and the "active planned energy unavailability rate" indicators and verified the feasibility of the optimized model of power outage maintenance with an example analysis. Finally, based on the two new indicators proposed by the research, combined with the development strategy and work focus of the EHV, the research proposed an optimized HVDC reliability indicator system and explained the orientation and significance of the indicator system.
