Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study a nine-switch converter dedicated to feed two induction motors (IM) used in electric vehicle (EV). The work relies on finding a configuration of a power converter with fewer power components for cost and volume reduction. For this we began by modeling this converter in order to study it then we developed a control strategy based on direct torque control with space vector modulation (DTC-SVM) adapted to the global system (converter-machines) integrated in an electric vehicle. The results of simulation of the dynamic behavior obtained make it possible to validate the structure.
