Abstract

A high-performance single-crystal red phosphor Rb 2 NaAlF 6 :Mn 4+ ,Mg 2+ with a shorter fluorescence lifetime (4.93 ms), excellent chromaticity coordinates (0.7001, 0.2998), and a high EQE (50.91%) is demonstrated by a defect-rare engineering strategy.
